Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture for Salesforce projects or workstreams, typically involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce.
- Define technical designs, contribute to architecture standards, participate in architecture review boards, and resolve engagement-level technical issues.
- Design REST/SOAP and event-driven integrations using Platform Events and middleware such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
- Write and review Apex and LWC code, and use Python or JavaScript/Node.js for scripting and lightweight tooling.
- Design data models and transformations using SQL/SOQL and JSON/XML.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and serve as a technical point of contact for customer IT teams.
- Support technical discovery workshops, pre-sales opportunities, architecture documentation, and integration diagrams.
- Mentor Technical Consultants and contribute to internal best practices, demonstrations, certifications, and technical learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, including architecture or technical design work in consulting or professional services.
- Strong coding experience with Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations rather than declarative configuration alone.
- Working familiarity with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or an equivalent general-purpose programming language.
- Experience delivering Salesforce projects from discovery through go-live, ideally including contribution to a multi-cloud program.
- Ability to discuss integration and data architecture beyond the CRM layer and communicate directly with customer IT stakeholders.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Agentforce-style coding assistants, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and progress toward an Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- At least one Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
- Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, Field Service Lightning, CI/CD pipelines, Git, LLM APIs, enterprise integration patterns, iPaaS platforms, regulated industries, or Veeva Systems is beneficial.
