Responsibilities
- Develop, code, test, debug, and maintain complex software solutions.
- Provide direction for entire projects or project teams and oversee large, complex projects.
- Design and code complex applications using advanced technologies, including potential prototype and optimization applications.
- Work with technical staff to diagnose and resolve software problems.
- Resolve customer complaints and respond to suggestions for software improvements and enhancements.
- Demonstrate software and assist with technical documentation as needed.
- Perform unit, system, integration, and performance testing.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on coding experience with Core Java, preferably JDK 17 or later, and J2EE technologies.
- Strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented analysis, design, and programming.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including spring-core, SOAP, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with GOF and J2EE software design patterns.
- Strong experience developing web services with SOAP and REST.
- Experience with SOA and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
- Experience with Maven, Jenkins, Git, and GitHub.
- Understanding of TDD practices and experience with unit, system, integration, and performance testing.
- Experience with IntelliJ, PuTTY, WinSCP, SoapUI, Postman, Bruno, and SQL Developer.
- Knowledge and experience with GCP.
