Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, design, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead planning and execution of software development activities against project timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make technical team decisions.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional communication with business stakeholders.
- Drive automation initiatives and support client and people management.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Seven to nine years of experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI, HAM, or ITOM development and support projects.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow projects and in-depth ServiceNow knowledge.
- Experience with ATF, ITSM, CMDB, ETL, Integrations Hub, TNI, HAM, ITOM, Workspace, Flow Designer, and Change Management.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures and implementing coding best practices.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple development teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, client management, and people management skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
