Responsibilities
- Design and build deployable proof-of-concepts or prototypes for communication and collaboration services.
- Engineer scalable, secure, reliable, and usable collaboration platforms.
- Apply software, security, DevOps, and SRE practices to automate deployments and improve platform performance.
- Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor platform health.
- Document technology findings and present systems to management and users.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration experiences and explore AI and automation technologies.
Requirements
- Undergraduate internship status.
- Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.
- Exposure to DevOps or SRE practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new tools.
