Base Salary
$80k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal implementation liaison for the project team.
- Document customer requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations for delivery approaches.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases.
- Prepare and deliver quality training based on adult learning principles.
- Conduct structured learning needs assessments and readiness assessments.
- Support customer change management by identifying risks and coaching champions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with attention to detail.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or technology related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in software configuration or implementation preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality validation process adherence.
- Consulting experience in workflow analysis and delivering recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and on time.
- Proven accountability and initiative in project delivery.
- Self-starter with adaptability and flexibility in client insights.
- 2-4+ years in a software implementation role.
