Base Salary
$115k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build a mental model of Ambrook's product and company infrastructure.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand platform usage and friction points.
- Ship infrastructure improvements that enhance the codebase or internal tooling.
- Own platform projects from discovery to production rollout.
- Plan and execute database or GCP changes with safe migration practices.
- Expand shared agent infrastructure to support internal workflows and customer features.
- Drive a platform roadmap based on internal customer needs and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production platform or infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and GCP.
- Ability to plan and run migrations at scale with validation and rollback strategies.
- Empathy for engineers and non-engineering teams as platform customers.
- Comfort in building interfaces that make infrastructure useful to internal teams.
- Security-minded approach to engineering work.
- Bonus: Experience with agentic systems infrastructure.
