Base Salary

$98k - $127k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and customize ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Create Business Rules and Script Includes to automate processes and satisfy business requirements.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using SOAP, REST, and web services.
  • Perform user and role administration, system maintenance, and platform health checks.
  • Customize user interfaces, forms, and workflows.
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot integrated processes and platform functionality.
  • Define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products with stakeholders.
  • Participate in technical process reviews, postmortems, and continual process improvement.
  • Maintain current ServiceNow and industry certifications and obtain additional certifications.
  • Lead Scrum demos, work groups, and team efforts; mentor junior team members and support staff development.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related experience.
  • Technical training, certification, or a degree.
  • Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules.
  • Experience creating and consuming SOAP, REST, and web service integrations.
  • Scripting proficiency in at least one language, preferably JavaScript.
  • Exposure to Import Sets, Transform Maps, and the CMDB.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, document functionality, and develop technical solutions.
  • Understanding of the software testing lifecycle from smoke testing through integration and production deployment.
  • Ability to drive methodology changes, manage customer deliverables, resolve process issues, and contribute to technical proposals and specifications.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, debugging, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification.
  • Active Top Secret clearance or DOE Q Access Authorization.
  • US citizenship required.
