Base Salary
$116k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Make key design and technical implementation decisions with the engineering team.
- Work with stakeholders and users to define requirements and create reliable, extensible operations applications.
- Design, build, and maintain sustainable full-stack software applications and services.
- Improve development processes and procedures and promote engineering best practices.
- Handle Protected Health Information in paper and electronic form while completing required privacy, compliance, and security training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a comparable program, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of overall software development experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming in Java; Spring Framework and Hibernate experience is preferred.
- Experience with web services and relational databases.
- Frontend web programming experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is preferred.
- Teamwork, analytical, communication, and collaborative engineering skills.
- Healthcare IT experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to complete required training within the first 30 days and pass a post-offer criminal background check.
