Responsibilities
- Own feature delivery from scoping and design input through implementation and release.
- Build and validate AI-integrated and LLM-powered features using appropriate evaluation practices.
- Develop high-quality, well-tested software and apply sound engineering judgment when using AI-assisted development tools.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to define valuable deliverables.
- Maintain reliable systems through observability, quality, incident response, and AI-assisted issue diagnosis.
- Support production releases and ensure systems remain deployment-ready and stable after release.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience and the ability to own feature delivery with minimal oversight are required by the role scope.
- Experience building, testing, and releasing reliable software is required.
- Ability to evaluate AI-integrated or LLM-powered functionality is required.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design is required.
- Candidates must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
