Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop Unix Shell Scripts to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues in Unix environments.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and help manage team execution.
- Provide solutions for immediate-team and cross-team problems.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Support system integration and deployment activities within iterative development practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting and strong scripting techniques.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues in Unix environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Understanding of system integration and deployment processes.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
