Responsibilities
- Architect and scale production-grade systems and workflows.
- Build backend services, APIs, and monitoring tools for large-scale model evaluations.
- Design infrastructure that supports research experiments at scale.
- Implement agent frameworks in production environments.
- Design challenges that measure models’ ability to evade discovery and operate on remote systems while avoiding detection by defensive security tools.
- Drive architectural decisions and lead technical implementations.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and multiple years of production experience.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and adapting to rapidly evolving challenges.
- Interest in AI and cybersecurity; machine learning or cybersecurity experience is a plus but not required.
- Interest in the intersection of engineering and applied research.
- Concern for the societal impacts of the work.
