Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, enhance, implement, and maintain SAP DMC applications.
- Conduct business-process workshops, blueprinting, requirements analysis, and fit-gap analysis with clients, end users, and SAP project teams.
- Perform independent implementation, rollout, support, troubleshooting, and day-to-day development activities.
- Develop interfaces between SAP DMC or SAP ME and S/4HANA, ERP, automation systems, machines, and standalone software.
- Support solution deployment, go-live preparation, UAT, and client-facing MES delivery activities.
- Configure and support manufacturing processes including shop orders, SFC, production execution, traceability, inventory, quality, inspection, disposition, rework, scrap, and data collection.
- Perform related duties as assigned and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in manufacturing technologies, including SAP DMC and related manufacturing execution technologies.
- Experience with SAP DMC, Cloud Connector, Productor Connector, cloud platform integrations, cloud services, and OData services.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5, SAP BAS, cloud integrations, API management, manufacturing processes, shop-floor automation, and Production Connector.
- Experience developing or configuring SAP DMC functionalities and SAP DMC integrations with S/4HANA, ERP, automation systems, machines, and other software.
- Understanding of SAPMEINT CTC, workflow configuration, Queue Monitor, message processing, Production Performance, OEE, downtimes, Notification PAPI, ME Webservices, and ME OData Services.
- Knowledge of OPC Connectivity, MQTT, Modbus, web services, file/PDF-based integrations, XML, message processing, DRF Framework, RFC, and IDOC.
- Understanding of SAP MII, transactions, queries, XML, XSLT, NWA, and NWDS.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA integration, manufacturing execution processes, AMS support concepts, and SAP DMC or SAP ME interface development.
- Experience in client-facing roles involving requirements gathering, MES, automation and integration, fit-gap analysis, solution deployment, UAT, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
