Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Integration Consultants to understand client integration requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Integration Consultants and clients.
- Apply technical skills to offer expert integration advice on the use of open REST APIs.
- Develop custom integration solutions for complex third-party platforms.
- Work with engineering and product teams to prioritize client integration needs.
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions through rigorous testing.
- Guide clients through on-premise and cloud-based software integrations.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Communicate project status and technical details to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues during integration processes.
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth client integration projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
- Participate in project planning, scope definition, and deadline management.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of software development experience, including roles in solution architecture or software engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to organize and consolidate client data from various formats and applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation.
- Knowledge of technology stack components including JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, React, ReactNative, GraphQL, and MySQL.
- Strong experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and others.
- Proven experience with integration tools such as Workato, Boomi, Tray.io, or Zapier.
- Solid experience in API development and management.
- Experience supporting integrations with on-premise and cloud systems.
- Understanding of network architecture and security principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with project management skills involving external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Critical thinking and resourcefulness in finding solutions for clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to evolving project requirements and effective teamwork.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment.
