Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers to identify technical and operational pain points.
- Conduct technical discovery interviews with prospects to understand their systems.
- Produce clear integration scope documents and data flow diagrams.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable integration templates and reference architectures.
- Present integration feasibility and complexity during transaction reviews.
- Work closely with post-sales integration teams to refine scoping models.
- Conduct live demonstrations and proof of concept integrations as needed.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to advocate for prospect needs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role such as solutions engineering or technical consulting.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration models.
- Practical experience with data flows and system architecture.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and post-sales processes.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP or EAM.
- Proven ability to define technical work scope and translate it into effort estimates.
