Responsibilities
- Partner with Integration Consultants to understand client requirements and business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement customized integration solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and integration advice to consultants and clients, including effective use of MaintainX APIs.
- Leverage APIs, connectors, and data transformation techniques to build integrations.
- Collaborate with MaintainX Engineering and Product teams to prioritize customer integration requirements.
- Ensure integration reliability, security, and performance through testing and quality assurance.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, code documentation, and progress reports.
- Communicate project status and technical details to internal teams and clients.
- Debug and troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project delivery, planning, scoping, and timeline management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience, including experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, or software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation.
- Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from varied formats and source applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, critical-thinking, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or Sage Intacct is a bonus.
- Experience in manufacturing is a bonus.
- Knowledge of IoT sensors, historians, SCADA, PLCs, and Industry 4.0 technologies is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Workato, Tray.io, or Zapier is a bonus.
