Responsibilities
- Lead solution strategy throughout the technical pre-sales lifecycle to support customer selection of payment solutions and revenue growth.
- Design scalable, customer-focused payment solutions that balance business objectives, technical requirements, and commercial value.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and dependencies to improve decision-making and implementation success.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and support smooth transitions from sales through go-live.
- Represent customer needs in product discussions and help influence solution enhancements and market competitiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, Product Owner, or Software Engineer.
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations, including REST APIs, JSON, and related integration technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts as business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating complex customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
- Collaborative, commercially minded approach that balances customer outcomes, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
- Payment, fintech, payment service provider, or API-driven technology experience is an advantage.
- Experience with API testing and troubleshooting tools such as Postman is an advantage.
- Knowledge of payments, security, regulatory requirements, and integration best practices is an advantage.
