Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers during pre-sales cycles to identify technical and operational pain points.
- Conduct technical discovery interviews with prospects to understand their ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Produce clear integration scope documents, data flow diagrams, and effort estimates.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable integration templates and reference architectures.
- Present integration feasibility and complexity during transaction reviews and pricing discussions.
- Work closely with post-sales integration teams to refine scoping models based on implementation successes and failures.
- Conduct live demonstrations and proof of concept integrations as needed.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to advocate for prospect needs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role such as solution engineering or technical consulting.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration models.
- Practical experience with APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery models, including integration and post-sales deployment.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP or EAM systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Proven ability to define technical work scope and translate it into effort estimates.
