Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies, manual test cases, automation scripts, and modern automation frameworks.
- Build and maintain automation using Robot Framework and Python, including API and service automation.
- Manage test data, validate data, analyze logs, reproduce defects, and troubleshoot complex issues to determine root causes.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, QA professionals, and other cross-functional development teams.
- Use GitHub Actions, CI/CD automation, and AI-assisted quality engineering tools including GitHub Copilot and generative AI tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Scrum calls, retrospectives, sprint planning, and user story estimation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of QA experience developing and implementing test strategies, test cases, and scripts.
- B.E., B.Tech, or MCA qualification.
- Expertise in Robot Framework with Python, API and service automation, GitHub Actions, test data management, data validation, and modern automation frameworks.
- Hands-on understanding of databases and SQL, with strong troubleshooting and defect root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted quality engineering using GitHub Copilot and generative AI tools.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model, dynamic locators, waits, BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and reporting tools such as Allure or Extent is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, self-management, independence, and attention to detail.
