Base Salary
$205k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction for products, projects, and features, emphasizing backend systems and APIs for ingesting, processing, and routing data.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and design reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate specifications into product designs and code.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust software.
- Create comprehensive automated tests and test plans.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Contribute to internal and external product-related blogs.
- Participate in stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building products that leverage large-scale data sets using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience using and developing REST APIs.
- Experience developing services for cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to learn new technologies and develop prototypes quickly.
- Strong ownership with a focus on high-quality, high-performing deliverables.
- Applicants must comply with U.S. government security requirements for access to FedRAMP-authorized systems, which may include U.S. citizenship.
