Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and implement solutions in Salesforce using current tools, technologies, and LWC frameworks.
- Develop and customize Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and email generation.
- Design solutions that address Salesforce Governor Limits and HEAP limitations.
- Prepare workflow documents, technical documentation, and end-user guides.
- Partner with business and product managers on rapid prototyping and iterative development.
- Validate that developed features meet established acceptance criteria.
- Participate in meetings and communicate and present technical information effectively.
- Support deployment patterns using GitHub and Gearset and integrate third-party APIs.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, configuration, and customization best practices.
- Expertise with the Force.com platform, including Apex Classes and Triggers, SOQL, Aura, LWC Components, and JavaScript.
- Experience with web services and data formats including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Expertise with VS Code and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience with Excel, including knowledge of VBA and macros, and Excel-to-Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
- Background knowledge of commercial real estate and GSE Agency financing activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment.
