Base Salary

$120k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and implement solutions in Salesforce using current tools, technologies, and LWC frameworks.
Develop and customize Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and email generation.
Design solutions that address Salesforce Governor Limits and HEAP limitations.
Prepare workflow documents, technical documentation, and end-user guides.
Partner with business and product managers on rapid prototyping and iterative development.
Validate that developed features meet established acceptance criteria.
Participate in meetings and communicate and present technical information effectively.
Support deployment patterns using GitHub and Gearset and integrate third-party APIs.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, configuration, and customization best practices.
Expertise with the Force.com platform, including Apex Classes and Triggers, SOQL, Aura, LWC Components, and JavaScript.
Experience with web services and data formats including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Expertise with VS Code and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
Experience with Excel, including knowledge of VBA and macros, and Excel-to-Salesforce integrations.
Experience with third-party API integrations.
Background knowledge of commercial real estate and GSE Agency financing activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment.

Estimated base salary of $120,000–$160,000 per year.
