Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver elegant and performant product experiences and infrastructure.
- Teach best practices in engineering architecture and project management.
- Learn about fintech and climate tech, including bookkeeping challenges.
- Improve full-stack architecture, API, and engineering tooling.
- Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize feature ideas.
- Plan and execute improvements to server infrastructure and CI/CD tooling.
- Champion user data hygiene and operational security.
- Contribute to hiring and team growth by evaluating candidates.
Requirements
- Experience shipping web applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tooling and apply it critically.
- Excited to build software for sustainable agriculture.
- Comfortable with ambiguous problems and creating technical solutions.
- Bonus: Experience in agriculture or financial products.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Typescript, React, React Native, and/or Next.js.
