Responsibilities
- Design and maintain IAM infrastructure solutions, component standards, design patterns, and technical documentation.
- Build, test, implement, and evolve integrated, resilient, and reliable IAM solutions.
- Use Java development skills and SailPoint technologies to address enterprise identity and access challenges.
- Conduct proofs of concept, feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT partners, business stakeholders, support teams, and Identity Management Operations on solution delivery and service improvement.
- Support incident management, problem management, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement.
- Contribute to project estimates, timelines, position papers, white papers, best practices, and technical recommendations.
- Follow coding best practices and the organization’s Infrastructure as Code tool chain.
Requirements
- Deep Java development expertise applied in enterprise security contexts.
- Hands-on experience with Identity Management technologies; SailPoint experience is highly desired.
- At least 5 years of overall experience in relevant technology areas.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a multinational environment as an engineer or technical team member.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, API design, distributed architectures, and microservices architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices and an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting languages such as Perl, JavaScript, or PowerShell is desired.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- IAM, Directory Services, or Cyber Security experience is a plus; healthcare experience and industry certifications are valuable.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, delivery, project management, independence, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to travel moderately and work across multiple time zones.
