Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the agent runtime for reasoning and response generation.
- Build agent capabilities such as image generation and voice synthesis.
- Optimize LLM integration for cost and latency reduction.
- Implement memory systems for long-term learning and recall.
- Design autonomous behaviors for proactive and goal-directed actions.
- Build evaluation systems for agent behavior and response quality.
- Experiment with new architectures for multi-agent collaboration.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance user experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in LLMs or AI agent systems.
- Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Experience building agent systems with multi-step reasoning.
- Strong prompt engineering skills for effective AI interactions.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Understanding of embedding models and vector search.
- Comfortable with rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Product intuition for creating engaging AI agents.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
