Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI systems for various applications.

- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI development.

- Lead AI infrastructure efforts, including model deployment and performance tuning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development using Python.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI in development workflows.
- Strong experience in building scalable APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud-native development with AWS/GCP and Docker.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices like CI/CD and testing.
- Experience with distributed systems and both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
