Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, Designers, and QA professionals to understand requirements and scope features.
- Utilize AI coding tools like Claude to accelerate feature development and review AI-generated code critically.
- Build and ship AI products, workflows, and agents.
- Provide technical input throughout all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Develop robust new features, APIs, databases, and infrastructure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Take ownership of shipping features end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to explain technical constraints and translate requirements into solutions.
- Unblock teams by answering questions, debugging issues, and proposing solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Backend/Software Engineer with a focus on AI products.
- Proficient in NodeJS or Python, with a strong understanding of coding best practices.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL fundamentals, particularly with PostgreSQL and ORM libraries.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools like Claude to accelerate development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed teams and excel in asynchronous communication.
- Commitment to quality engineering and adherence to business processes.
