Responsibilities
- Partner with non-Technology teams to identify and implement AI solutions for real-world business challenges.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and services integrating Generative AI and LLM capabilities.
- Improve ML platforms, enterprise data products, development velocity, automation, and speed-to-market.
- Apply patterns including prompt design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector stores, and agentic AI.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior developers and offshore delivery resources.
- Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams to meet governance, privacy, security, and ethics standards.
- Evaluate emerging data and AI technologies for practical viability and business value.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of professional software development experience with strong Python emphasis.
- Experience applying Generative AI, including prompt design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector stores, and agentic AI.
- Data-centric engineering experience building services and tools within a data engineering organization.
- Experience building and scaling software solutions in cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
- Knowledge of DevOps workflows, Infrastructure as Code, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to execute independently, collaborate across diverse teams, mentor others, and apply emerging AI trends pragmatically.
