Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead VBG Wireline transformation and innovation across assisted sales quoting, ordering, customer hierarchy, contract lifecycle management, pricing, and service assurance platforms.
- Architect and operationalize GenAI-powered agents, LLMs, RAG, and agentic multi-agent frameworks for automated enterprise workflows.
- Build and scale multi-cloud data analytics and real-time streaming pipelines across AWS and GCP.
- Partner with product, business, public-sector, technology transformation, and integration organizations to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
- Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices, model monitoring, fine-tuning, security guardrails, model evaluation, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Map enterprise processes into agent logic, constraints, operational boundaries, reusable components, and implementation plans on the Kairos platform.
- Lead stakeholder validation, demonstrations, feedback cycles, requirements refinement, and software delivery with global teams and IT vendors.
- Improve team productivity and delivery throughput using DevOps practices and agile sprints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.
- At least six years of technology leadership experience involving technology selection, architecture, and full-stack implementation.
- At least eight years of software engineering and development experience, including technology transformation, business analysis, strategic execution, and IT team leadership.
- At least 10 years of delivery experience with highly available and massively scalable systems and services.
- At least eight years of relevant experience in application development, AI/ML engineering, software architecture, and real-time data analytics.
- Experience with generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building, deploying, and scaling data analytics and AI solutions across AWS and GCP.
- Preferred master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred experience with AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, BigQuery, and LangChain.
- Preferred understanding of B2B products, 4G/5G network protocols, CPQ products such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and Conga.
- Preferred production coding experience with Python, SQL, Kafka, and Spark, plus microservice architectures for real-time streaming telemetry.
- Preferred experience implementing MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, security guardrails, and model evaluation standards for autonomous systems.
