Responsibilities

Collaborate with non-Technology teams to identify and implement AI solutions for real-world business challenges.
Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and services integrating LLM and Generative AI capabilities.
Embed Generative AI into enterprise data product and ML platform development workflows.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior developers and offshore delivery resources.
Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams on governance, privacy, ethics, and enterprise standards.
Evaluate emerging data and AI technologies for practical viability and business value.
Improve analyst and data scientist productivity, development lifecycle efficiency, automation, and speed to market.

6–9 years of professional software development experience with strong Python emphasis.
Experience applying Generative AI patterns including prompt design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector stores, and agentic AI.
Data-centric engineering experience building services and tools within a data engineering organization.
Experience building and scaling software solutions in cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
Familiarity with DevOps workflows including Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work independently, collaborate across diverse teams, and apply current AI trends pragmatically.
Strong software engineering practices for testing, documentation, maintainability, and technical communication.
