Responsibilities
- Advise customers, partners, and internal teams on ServiceNow platform architecture across multiple engagements.
- Design technical foundations covering instance strategy, governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during sales, structuring, and implementation.
- Manage technical governance and delivery operating models while reducing technical debt and aligning with ServiceNow leading practices.
- Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
- Contribute ServiceNow platform expertise and leading practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services or SaaS organization, or equivalent education/experience.
- Management consulting experience and industry domain expertise.
- Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
- Enterprise architecture and cloud application technology experience.
- Ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Experience considering or applying AI to work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights.
- Right to work in the applicable country.
