Responsibilities
- Develop, code, test, debug, maintain, and enhance software applications and components using Python.
- Design scalable and maintainable software solutions tailored to business and client needs.
- Analyze application components and troubleshoot or optimize application performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects.
- Mentor junior team members and share development best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and improve development processes and software quality.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Python programming is required.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality.
