Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, enhance, and customize applications and software components using Appian Process Automation.
- Apply application design principles and business process modeling to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within application environments.
- Work with integrations, data sources, and APIs to deliver functional application solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key decisions and project alignment.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and delivery challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Appian Process Automation.
- Proficiency in Appian Process Automation is required.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and business process modeling.
- Experience configuring and customizing software applications for diverse business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques, data sources, and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
