Responsibilities

  • Own products and features from idea generation through customer discovery, MVP testing, launch, iteration, pricing, and ongoing success.
  • Build full-stack product experiences and own the basic UX using PostHog's design system.
  • Collaborate with users and designers to improve products based on feedback.
  • Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues as part of the weekly Support hero rotation.
  • Participate in on-call coverage.
  • Write and maintain documentation for new features.

Requirements

  • Experience building things that agents use, such as agent-driven APIs, MCP servers, evaluations, or machine-oriented documentation.
  • Full-stack experience with relevant technologies such as Python and React; big-data experience is a bonus.
  • Experience taking a project from zero to one through prior project leadership, founding experience, or an impressive side project.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas and make persuasive arguments.
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Django and/or TypeScript-based React is preferred.
  • Experience building AI-native products or integrating AI into existing software is preferred.
