Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to translate their workflows into agent capabilities.
- Design, ship, and operate systems that analyze large-scale time-series data.
- Build dependable tools and interfaces for agent-generated code.
- Develop and maintain the MCP server for telemetry queries.
- Create frontend surfaces for Sift Agents and enhance user experience.
- Implement APIs that support agentic functionalities.
- Ensure reliable operation of agents at scale in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Build evaluation suites to measure agent performance and quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in building frontend web applications using React, NextJS, or similar.
- Proficiency in building APIs or backend services with Go, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Interest in new AI products and familiarity with agentic systems.
- Willingness to take ownership of product areas and engage with customers.
