Responsibilities
- Work as an expert in an SAP technical workstream across implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
- Create high-level and detailed designs and develop technical and integration solutions.
- Work with clients to understand business needs, processes, and integration requirements.
- Lead technical and technology workshops and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for development teams.
- Manage projects and timelines, provide delivery support, and handle escalation management.
- Drive innovation and transformation initiatives in existing accounts and coordinate with SAP and third-party partners.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in a relevant SAP technical workstream is required.
- Ability to analyze client needs, design technical and integration solutions, and provide advanced problem-solving support.
- Ability to communicate with clients, lead technical discussions, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage changing assignments and adapt across projects.
