Responsibilities
- Manage and operationalize GitHub governance for Nubank's engineering teams.
- Ship platform changes and build automation solutions.
- Collaborate with InfoSec on IAM and Datasec design decisions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and integration patterns.
- Shape the team's GitHub platform strategy alongside product management.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience administering GitHub Enterprise at scale.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot administration.
- Proficiency with the GitHub API and automation via GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of GitHub audit logs and policy decision tracing.
- Experience in a regulated engineering organization with InfoSec interactions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust without formal authority.
