Responsibilities
- Architect and build core systems while driving key technical decisions across the stack.
- Own feature development end-to-end and deliver new capabilities to customers.
- Integrate LLMs and ML models into production workflows, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt execution, agentic systems, and fine-tuned models.
- Design systems that can scale as the company grows while balancing present investment with future needs.
- Develop performant APIs and internal services that power the product end-to-end.
- Build reliable, secure, and seamless customer-facing systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and scaling production systems.
- Strong backend fundamentals, including services, data models, and distributed systems, with deeper expertise in one or more technical areas.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP, Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Depth in one or more of data engineering, distributed systems, AI/ML, or backend engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excitement to build quickly, ship rapidly, and iterate based on user feedback.
