Base Salary
$119k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Design Salesforce data models and relationship structures covering Person Accounts, households, financial accounts, financial holdings, and other Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
- Develop and maintain enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, event-driven architecture, and other integration patterns.
- Apply Salesforce architecture patterns, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and governor-limit optimization.
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce Agentforce use cases and recommend adoption opportunities for Salesforce AI, Data 360, and platform innovations.
- Implement Salesforce security controls including profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, field-level security, sharing rules, and record access controls.
- Manage Salesforce deployments and releases using Copado, CI/CD processes, and Git-based version control.
- Execute data migration activities while maintaining data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Gather business requirements with product owners and deliver declarative and programmatic solutions meeting technical specifications.
- Mentor distributed onshore and offshore development teams and external vendors while supporting timely, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience, preferably with Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations or CRM transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, workflows, validation rules, security models, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP integrations, data migration, Salesforce data models, security architecture, governance, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building AI agents and related agentic capabilities, including Salesforce Agentforce expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor distributed development teams and vendors.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accreditation, or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification.
- Experience with CRM modernization, legacy platform sunsetting, data architecture, master data management, and enterprise integration frameworks.
