Base Salary
$192k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features and products with engineers across the company.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support to understand customer needs.
- Design and implement experiments to improve customer experiences.
- Own problems end to end across user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and metrics.
- Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.
- Lead multifunctional projects and contribute to Brex’s long-term technical vision.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies and tools such as ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
- Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end.
- Experience developing client-facing software products.
- Ability to uphold high engineering standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and operations specialists is a bonus.
- Experience with React Native for mobile, basic experience with design tools, strong writing skills, and a proactive approach are bonuses.
