Base Salary
$80k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship key features across the stack with the founding team.
- Own complex systems such as multiplayer, asset pipelines, or execution flows.
- Architect clean, scalable abstractions that simplify complexity without limiting control.
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Help define the architecture for future AI-native UI/UX patterns.
- Collaborate tightly with design and product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping full-stack applications.
- Strong skills in React + TypeScript, with backend depth in Node, tRPC, or Cloudflare Workers.
- Understanding of distributed or real-time systems.
- Experience designing APIs, databases, and data flows.
- Curiosity about creative tools, design systems, or AI interfaces.
- A builder mindset — enjoy coding daily and owning your work end-to-end.
