Base Salary
$80k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship key features across the stack with the founding team.
- Own complex systems such as multiplayer infrastructure, asset pipelines, or execution flows.
- Architect clean, scalable abstractions that simplify complexity without limiting control.
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Help define architecture for future AI-native UI/UX patterns.
- Collaborate closely with design and product in a fast-moving, iterative environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping full-stack applications.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills, with backend depth in Node, tRPC, or Cloudflare Workers.
- Understanding of distributed or real-time systems.
- Experience designing APIs, databases, and data flows.
- Curiosity about creative tools, design systems, or AI interfaces.
- Experience with canvas or node-based tools such as React Flow, Three.js, or WebGPU is a bonus.
- Familiarity with AI or creative software is a bonus.
- Open-source contributions or a creative coding background are bonuses.
