Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement custom software solutions using SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software components.
- Integrate SAP CO with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SAP CO configurations to improve system performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting and strong knowledge of cost controlling and management accounting principles in SAP environments.
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions using SAP CO modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into software components.
- Familiarity with SAP CO integration techniques involving other SAP modules or external systems.
- Skills in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP CO configurations.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
