Base Salary
$213k - $276k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute impactful customer technical projects for Airbyte solutions.
- Guide customers throughout their journey with hands-on support.
- Design and implement AI-powered data pipeline architectures.
- Troubleshoot complex data movement issues and database technologies.
- Advise customers on integrating LLM-based tooling with Airbyte connectors.
- Collaborate with clients’ technical teams to tailor solutions.
- Manage technical success by working with support, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Help clients evaluate and adopt AI agent frameworks.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the internal source of truth for customer technical requirements.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
- Demonstrate best practices of Airbyte’s offerings to clients.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Create and deliver technical content showcasing Airbyte's capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
- Exposure to AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering best practices is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of supporting products that impact business productivity.
- Exceptional customer orientation and focus on technical success.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
