Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents.
- Manage the entire AI agent lifecycle from pilot to launch and refinement.
- Collaborate with decision-makers at leading enterprises to address their challenges.
- Develop agentic systems that outperform human operators in customer interactions.
- Design reusable agent frameworks for various industries.
- Drive design partnerships for new product directions and features.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
- Startup founder or early engineer experience is highly valued.
- Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly shifting environments.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems in production is a plus.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both engineers and executives.
