Base Salary
$140k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Guide prospects and customers through technical evaluations, architecture decisions, implementation considerations, and production adoption of Temporal.
- Build application prototypes and provide design, development, build, and deployment guidance using supported programming languages.
- Advise customers on distributed systems, application patterns, platform architecture, security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations.
- Partner with Account Executives and Platform Architects on account plans, technical relationships, opportunity scoping, and expansion motions.
- Identify technical risks and navigate complex enterprise evaluations.
- Present, whiteboard, and communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Reside in Dallas, Texas, United States.
- Demonstrate exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
- Have a deep understanding of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices.
- Be proficient in one or more of Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP for application prototyping and technical guidance.
- Have a strong grasp of production operational considerations, including security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations.
- Have experience with at least one major cloud provider and commonly used enterprise application and infrastructure services.
- Have experience serving as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives.
- Prior FinTech and/or FinServe experience is preferred.
