Base Salary
$98k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support modern software solutions as part of Conga’s Product Development team.
- Build and enhance product features primarily using Java and related web technologies.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications and services in Azure cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, data scientists, architects, and other engineering partners to build effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge exchange with colleagues.
- Conduct technical research to solve problems and support continuous technical improvement.
- Create unit and integration tests and assist QA teams with validation testing.
- Contribute to technical documentation for code, processes, and product features.
- Contribute to Conga’s AI platform to help enable innovation across Conga products.
- Research customer-reported incidents, identify root causes, and support deployment of updated applications and microservices.
- Support quality, scalability, maintainability, and reliability across Conga’s products and services.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, or C++.
- Experience contributing to modern software applications and supporting product feature development.
- Knowledge of web application development using HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and modern microservices architecture.
- Ability to create unit and integration tests and support QA validation testing.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
