Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ship production software for systems that identify millions of vehicles daily.
- Scale proven prototypes into robust, high-volume systems.
- Develop software spanning roadside hardware and cloud servers.
- Integrate machine-learning models to improve highway safety in real time.
- Prototype rapidly and contribute across machine learning, software, and hardware glitch detection.
- Take ownership of work from the first week and support other teams as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, robotics, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated track record of building things through side projects or open-source contributions.
- Strong coding ability and willingness to learn quickly across technologies.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a lean startup.
- Comfort working across multiple areas rather than specializing in only one narrow responsibility.
- Interest in joining the core engineering team and receiving and applying feedback.
