Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as Agentic AI.
- Take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenue.
- Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
- Hire top talent with support from the company’s professional network.
- Build a sales force or marketing engine.
- Prepare the startup to raise multi-million-euro funding.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for building and scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English-language communication skills.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a €1B+ company.
