Base Salary
$148k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to identify and implement high-value AI and automation opportunities.
- Own high-impact problem spaces from discovery to design, pilot, and scale across multiple functions.
- Drive the end-to-end design and architecture of scalable, secure, and robust AI-powered solutions.
- Establish build/buy strategy, evaluate platforms, negotiate terms, and define operating models.
- Drive the implementation and integration of AI tools within core business applications.
- Champion the adoption of AI-enhanced productivity tools through compelling business cases.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI solution development, data security, compliance, and governance.
- Define and own key performance indicators to measure the strategic impact of AI initiatives.
- Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, evaluating emerging technologies and platforms.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience designing and leading AI and automation solutions.
- Expert-level understanding of AI/ML technologies and enterprise-grade workflow automation platforms.
- Deep experience integrating AI solutions with complex enterprise platforms.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into a technical roadmap.
- Proficiency with automation platforms, process modeling tools, and agile methodologies.
- Advanced data literacy, including SQL and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to drive change with senior leadership.
