Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions, including agents, workflows, connectors, data access, and environment strategies.
- Guide customers toward secure, resilient, AI-enabled, cost-optimized, and performance-optimized architectures and operational readiness.
- Provide technical presales support through proofs of concept, technical validation, rapid prototypes, and solution advising.
- Drive customer adoption, change management, business value realization, usage, consumption, retention, and expansion.
- Identify and mitigate business and technical risks, blockers, constraints, and deployment challenges.
- Collaborate with Microsoft, customer, partner, engineering, product, and sales teams to achieve customer and partner outcomes.
- Mentor team members, lead technical readiness and upskilling activities, and contribute to frameworks, methodologies, reusable intellectual property, and technical accelerators.
- Gather customer feedback and industry insights to influence product roadmaps, prioritization, solutions, and scalable delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 4+ years of experience working on technical projects involving Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and similar technologies.
- Technical certification in Cloud Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.
- Ability to work with business leaders, IT, security teams, technical decision makers, business decision makers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
