Base Salary
$88k - $88k/yr
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively across teams and build positive working relationships.
- Collaborate on projects and contribute to successful project delivery.
- Use resourcefulness, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex technical problems and recommend solutions.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver work to deadlines.
- Complete the three-month LAUNCH training program, certifications, and shadowing activities.
- Support client projects after training based on skills, interests, and business needs.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, including transformers, embeddings, diffusion, data pipelines, and inference workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and exposure to FastAPI or Flask.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Pinecone, FAISS, and Weaviate.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Understanding of MLOps, Git, DVC, CI/CD, observability, and deployment practices.
- At least one of academic or personal AI/ML projects, a software or data engineering internship or co-op, or a technical AI, ML, or cloud computing bootcamp or certificate program.
- A technical degree completed by January 11, 2026, or prior relevant IT, software, or research experience, or successful completion of a technical bootcamp.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft MS-900, or GCP Cloud Engineer certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- U.S. work authorization is required.
