Responsibilities
- Design and build a Playwright automation framework for Litmus Edge Manager covering UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate test scope, priorities, and quality standards between engineering leadership and the India-based QA team.
- Build and maintain LEM test cases in Xray and track automation coverage for each release.
- Use and champion AI-assisted test generation to create Playwright scripts and test cases from tickets, design files, and specifications.
- Coordinate LEM–LE integration testing with related product teams.
- Define test strategy, quality standards, automation coverage, and release-readiness criteria.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and building automated test frameworks with Playwright or a similar modern automation framework.
- Comfort working in a Linux environment.
- Strong JavaScript or Java skills.
- Experience with BDD methodologies and practices.
- Experience coordinating with distributed QA teams.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Xray and Jira, plus CI/CD-integrated automation.
- Experience defining test strategy, quality standards, automation coverage, or release-readiness criteria.
- Preferred experience with AI-assisted test generation or AI-powered QA tooling.
- Preferred Cypress experience and industrial edge or IoT product testing background.
- Preferred hands-on Docker experience.
